During the first wave of process improvement training, change management is taught to process teams tactically. During this three-day course, taught on a more strategic level, management is taught how to gain greater acceptance of six sigma throughout the organization.

Objectives:

Participants will learn how to:

• Identify the need for six sigma in any organization
• Create the six sigma vision, results and behaviors unique to your organization
• Diagnose the four major types of resistance to six sigma, the underlying issues, and how to create strategies to combat them
• Modify the systems and structures that create the acceptance of six sigma
• Measure six sigma acceptance
• Be better six sigma leaders
