master black belt development

The Master Black Belts are the internal quality consultants that consult with project teams and provide on-going training after the first wave of Eckes and Associates training. Commencing after the first wave of training, Master Black Belts will be provided special tutorials before the beginning of the second wave of project improvement training and will then be coached through the second wave of training with backup training provided by Eckes and Associates, Inc. staff when needed. Master Black Belts will learn the EAI teaching and consulting methods, which have been the highest rated by General Electric Capital. Typical Master Black Belt Training programs involve up to 20 days of instruction and coaching.

• Development of training skills among selected black belts so that the client can use its internal resources rather than perpetuating a dependency on consultants
